A few highlights from this week in outfits:
+This Jenni Kayne bucket bag. I love the utilitarian vibe and the echo of The Row, but that glossy silver button detail and the whimsical shape make it all its own. They also have an East-West style tote in the same heavyweight cotton material, which is even more similar to The Row Idaho tote (which enjoys a cult following). All my favorite bags for fall here.
+La Ligne CROPPED pants, praise be for fellow petites! These are gooood and don’t require hemming. In the navy crepe, they work for daytime but can easily be dressed up for evening wear with a blouse and heel. Use code MAGPIE10.
+Every time a corner of this striped tee (which I wore a few ways this week — and is seen above) appears in an Instagram story, I receive lots of questions. It’s by Goop’s house label, Gwyn, and the colors and shape are perfect. This label is spendy but I have to tell you, I’ve never once regretted an item I’ve ordered from them. August Morning Hike.

Nail Salon Bliss.
I let my nails go bare for a week and it felt like penance — lol. But they really did need a break and I also had no time to get to the salon between house guests, kids home with no camp, etc! I treated myself to the most luxurious mani/pedi in these ultra-comfortable gingham pull-on pants.

Gentle Start Monday.

New Rhoback Leggings Set!
No surprise that Rhoback delivered an incredible pair of leggings. They just get performance wear. These are a little more compressing than, say, Vuori or Lululemon Aligns, but really good for heavy-duty fitness.
I’m wearing THE Salomon sneaks I saw all over London. A few of you have asked for suggestions on how to style these for daytime. I’m still sleuthing that out — I’m not sure they’re really my vibe to pair with daywear? But contemplating. I’ve seen it done well before!

Pool Afternoon.
We’re closing in on the final days of pool time! I wore this gorgeous cobalt swimsuit — a little sexier/saucier up top (PSA) but super comfortable. The material is divine. Like super soft and stretchy. But order one size up in this — I find it runs small. It’s on sale right now!
