Making a few additions and upgrades to ye olde home and I finally upgraded my warped, wobbly-legged white desk I’ve had since college with this stunning raffia style. It’s wider, sturdier, and full of character. I don’t quite know what to do with my old one. It’s in terrible shape — it shakes if the wind blows — but I’m emotionally attached to her. Still, onward. It’s just a thing! Here’s to many new pages written at my new perch!
Above, you’ll see these cute and inexpensive mini pumpkins I sprinkle throughout my home during the months of October and November, plus the cutest wine coaster, which is — perhaps strangely — one of my husband’s favorite home accessories we have. It’s charming and it gives the wine bottle a home base!

14. Have you seen this canopy spindle bed? We got a new bed last winter (our Christmas gift to one another – lol) and I thought for a long time about a canopy bed like this. I’ve always wanted one and I love the cosseted, cozy feeling they give. But ultimately they didn’t really work with the fan placement in our primary bedroom so we went a different route.
