I’m always surprised to find a handful of menswear items in the bestseller list among Magpies. Recently, this lightweight/mid-layer hoodie has been trending, as it’s on sale in select colors at Nordie’s! The hoodie is a good beach/travel pick for the chillier evenings or even windy beach afternoons, and can also work beneath a jacket in truly cool settings. 01. Frame straight leg jeans — an absolute must in your husbands closet. I recently ordered Lan a pair of these and the fit is 10/10 — super handsome, super sleek (but NOT skinny/conforming to leg). They look really polished on. I think these are my favorite jeans he’s ever owned.
02. Linen short-sleeve button-up shirt. The button placement on this SSBD is elite — I have to say, Landon looks hot in this, and I’m not typically big into the SSBD look. This perspective was further corroborated when he wore this during our college reunion in Charlottesville and three different people (including two men) complimented him on it. Just looks fresh and crisp.
03. The best fitting joggers for men. Landon has several pairs of these. I always refer to these sets as his “retired athlete” outfits — they really look sharp. Use code SHOOP20.
04. The cut on these button-downs is really sexy! It’s again about button placement I think. Landon has these in several colors. Note that this is a slimmer fit.
05. 60s-inspired sunglasses. Real Steve McQueen energy.
06. These “yacht” shoes (in Landon’s closet) are reminiscent of the more expensive and constantly-sold-out Loro Piana ones. We saw so many men in London wearing versions of these.
07. Classic henley long sleeve from a cool Euro brand. You know my thoughts on henleys….

09. Landon and my son absolutely love these performance shorts. Great for hiking, tennis, running around, etc.
10. My current favorite sock brand — love the retro styling. I ordered Landon a bunch of pairs.
11. An upgraded pocket tee. Try in the ice blue color! Fun to add a little dimension to a wardrobe of brown and white…lol.
12. These are the perfect weekend short. Love the length (6″), the colors, the drawstring waist.
13. Handsome sport shirt from an iconic menswear store. While there, take a stroll through their summer sale section — up to 50% off. I love these sneaker mocs and these crisp poplin pants!
14. Patek Philippe watch (a guy can dream — whew, what an investment piece!)
15. These boat shoes go with everything.
16. This duffle bag is super handsome for weekend travel.
17. Linen trousers.
18. Hand-tailored silk linen jacket. Ugh, purple label!
19. The weight of these Buck Mason t-shirts adds interest and purpose to a look.
20. Iconic polo ball cap, preferably worn backwards.
21. Quick-dry swim trunks — of course love the Chesapeake Bay blue crab motif.
