What are your favorite songs this summer? Every season, I create a new Apple playlist and I’ll add whatever I’m loving at the moment to it. It usually turns out to be slightly random but deeply delightful, and we’ll play it during happy hour. Now that we have our turntable, we’re mixing in new routines (btw, does anyone have a record shop rec in London? I know this is niche but Landon mentioned he thought it would be a fun adventure and memento!) but it’s still handy to have a playlist Siri can throw on at a moment’s notice (including when my hands are preoccupied with dirty dishes and soapy water!)
This brief playlist gives me 80s sunshine vibes — just feels good all over!

+We just bought this blue-gray desk for our top floor guest room — my brother often stays and has work to do while here, plus I occasionally like to write from a different perch. I’m now on the hunt for the perfect small brass table lamp to mirror the drawer pulls. I am loving this, this, this, and this. This one (under $200 right now) has the perfect proportions but I think I want more brass in it / less fabric.
