It’s been a busy week of posts on Magpie but I had to issue this late-hour alert for three reasons: first, the links in my morning post weren’t working for most of the day, and the issue has been resolved (thank you so much to the Magpies who let me know! the links from this morning are SO GOOD and I apologize for the outage!) and — two great sales I discovered halfway through the day!

Minnow is running one of its rare sales (I think they run two each year), and this is the one I always use to buy for the season ahead. Specifically, my son loves their boardies (as do I), and I use it as an opportunity to buy the next size up. I was too late to snag a terry polo in his size (damn!) but I did get him some terry shorts for next summer. (I find this brand runs very TTS, FYI.) Two other items I snagged: 1) I got a pack of these sink toys because I love to give them as gifts for pool parties and they’re literally 50% off!; and 2) this tennis racquet bag for my son! They are pretty spendy at full price but I got him this cute striped option for $41.

Two other little notes: these quilted, coated pouches are literally THE PERFECT SIZE. I keep this in my handbag at all times for housing lip gloss, advil, a tiny pair of scissors, pen, mints, etc, and just transfer from bag to bag. The pattern is so charming. And I absolutely LOVE THIS STRIPED COTTON CARIDGAN. I wear it all summer long. So cute over a tank with some shorts or gauze pants or paired with a sundress. You can see me styling it recently below. Can’t believe it was included in the promo!

Next: what on earth?!
