  1. I always love these! You’ve really helped me find the joy in getting dressed again after two babies. I keep a little folder on my phone now for my own outfits I loved! I missed that feeling, I used to be really into how I presented myself a lifetime away, in a different job, a different country, a different phase of life. And seeing how often certain pieces like your Veronica beard blazers come out to play really moves the needle for me on what I’m thinking about adding in. xo

    1. Yes!! I actually have surprised myself by how often I wear them. They’ve been great investments. Any time I’m feeling a little run down / shlubby (?), I pull on out and instantly feel like I stand a bit taller, etc. But you know I also go through those cycles of loving to get dressed and then being completely uninspired…so I think it’s also normal!

      xx

  2. What do you think of the Brooke boots? They look so cute on you! I ordered the last pair in espresso suede a few days ago but they haven’t shipped yet and another order I put in today (the kitten heel woven boots ) has shipped, so maybe I won’t be getting my Brookes after all??

    1. I am loving the Brooke boots! So chic. I will caveat that they are a tiny bit challenging to style at first blush. I feel like I keep hunting in my closet for the ideal jeans / dresses to wear with them given their shaft height, etc. I think you need a sort of specific cropped length to work with them. Stay tuned for more thoughts…

      1. Ooh such a good point. I have noticed that many of the styling outfits I’ve saved have a cropped skinny/straight leg bottom!

  3. Ooh, I am interested in your thoughts on the La Ligne cashmere henley. Another color way is included in their rare sale. The striped sweaters I have and love sold out so fast and I’ve got my eye on the still in stock cashmere henley. How do you find the fit?

    1. OO Erica it is SO good! It’s so divinely soft and stretchy. I would say it runs on the generous side / fit is very stretchy.

      xx
