Inventory at the end of the season! How clever? I have my own list on my phone of what I reached for and closet holes for next year, and it occurs to my your “what I loved wearing” is so perfect in that way. Every time you passed over another pair of white pants in favor of those Alice Walk gauze ones. That’s the stuff I really want to know! What makes a tee a well worn favorite, what makes a recipe a keeper, why is my daughter’s favorite song A Bar Song (Tipsy) and how is it still so good after singing it to a baby ad nauseum?
PS I have now seen boxers as shorts in the wild here, worn by French people! My son’s chic preschool teacher had a dark blue gingham pair, and a white tank top tucked in, and I’ve spotted a lot of navy. I wore a light blue striped pair under a blue striped oversized button down (different scale of patterns) for a toddler play date and felt very comfy
