  1. my eyes was caught by the amazing white dress to this blog. I love pearl, I have pearl earring, pearl bracelet, pearl neckline. But i don’t have clothes feature pearl, for I thought it will be damaged when washing.

  2. Oh I love all these picks! I adore pearls, just today I was wearing my first pair of studs gifted to me on my 21st birthday. I also rediscovered recently keshi pearl studs my husband bought me on my honeymoon which are so fun to wear with more casual looks. I have a pair with lapis and gold and another with little diamonds. I can never bring myself to wear costume earrings I just adore pearls too much! That headband is calling to me with dreams of wearing to a Christmas party someday…

    1. I love that, Brooke — “I can never bring myself to wear costume earrings; I just adore pearls too much!” You know yourself. I always admire the women in my life who just know who they are / know their style. I have one girlfriend who is literally never without several layers of fine gold necklaces and a stack of bangles. She wears them every single day and they are just a huge part of her — and they are so chic and eclectic! I’m pretty sure she was born wearing them 🙂

      xx

    2. Oh thank you! I’ve at times tried to force myself to be trendy with jewelry but I’ve realized it’s not me and there’s just something great about knowing that—I’m sure you’re very chic friend knows that too! I adore jewelry on a friend that seems incredibly personal and very them. Your diamond by the yard necklace for example is so personal and flattering on you!

  3. A darling present for a little girl is an add-a-pearl necklace – my sisters-in-law set one up for my daughter, who loves pearls right now and has claimed all my pearl jewelry as hers when she gets old enough. In addition to the white pearl jewelry I have, I have a beautiful chunky blush-colored pearl necklace with matching huge studs I got when we were on our honeymoon in Borneo – just wish I had more of an opportunity to wear them these days! And I just love black pearls.

I think you’d like the jewelry from T. Marie Designs! She uses lots of pearl accents. I just picked up some earrings – couldn’t help myself.

    1. Hi Jennifer! The add-a-pearl necklace idea is so precious! I love that. Tucking away for future use.

Thanks also for the intro to T. Marie! Very much up my alley. Reminds me of Nicola Bathie!

      xx

  4. I’ve had a lifelong affinity for pearls as a fellow June baby, so this post speaks to my heart! You outdid yourself with these picks 🙂 That Vita Grace cardigan is TDF! Mateo also makes these cool pearl jacket earrings that have been on my wishlist for a couple of months — love their designs.

Also, that Cult Gaia pearl-edged clutch … SO GOOD! That’s what I’d dream of carrying at my wedding (though, unclear as to whether you even need a clutch at your own wedding?!)

    xx

    1. Ohhh you can always create an excuse for a clutch on your wedding day…I borrowed a vintage Judith Leiber from my mom purely so that it could be photographed but I don’t think I carried it once. HA!

Yay, so glad you liked this post. I want absolutely every last thing in it.

      xx

  5. OMG! I’m a pearl fanatic and I absolutely loved today’s post! Such a timeless jewel!
Thank you so much. I have a BIG smile to start my day.
