Gift Wrap Favorites + Must-Haves.

By: Jen Shoop

First, a great holiday hsopping PSA: Chappywrap is running a one-day 30% off flash sale. For next 24 hours, use code FLASH. Blankets will arrive in time for Christmas, including my favorite one that my friend Inslee designed! And this one is a classic that anyone would love.

Every year, I try to designate two nights for gift wrapping and make them as festive and cozy and joyful as possible. I put on a Christmas movie, mix up a special cocktail, and take my time with it. My mom employs a completely different strategy, wrapping each gift as it arrives; she keeps all of her wrapping gear on a table for the entire season! What’s your process like?

As an aside, I bought a few of these peppermint fudge sauces to give as hostess gifts this season. Aren’t they charming wrapped up in a big satin ribbon with a perfect card tag?!

11. Chic enclosure cards.

12. Wrapping storage! Eyeing this for myself.

19. Festive forest gift tags.

20. Bow trees gift wrap.

21. Pomegranate ribbon – this feels like very “Little Women Winter” coded.

22. Gift stickers.

23. Red Christmas trees tissue paper.

24. Christmas patisserie wrapping paper.

25. Paper bow gift toppers — something I tend to forget to buy but gifts can look so incomplete without a little pizzazz on the top!

This year I have stored all my children’s gifts at my parents’ house. They are so darn snoopy these days, and I don’t want to ruin any remaining magic if a certain gift might be seen before the big day by accident. But, this means I haven’t wrapped anything yet! Yikes!
I will get to spend a few hours at their house wrapping, probably while chatting with my mother and enjoying a Christmas movie and some hot chocolate. Maybe this is the new tradition!
