Not long ago, I saw someone use a silver sugar bowl as a receptacle for q-tips. It sort of blew my mind to think of an alternative way to use all this silver from my mother. I dug out my sugar bowl and enjoy the pick-me-up of seeing something so fancy on my vanity each morning.
SO chic – I love this! My mom gave me a silver toothpick holder (!!) and I had no idea what to do with it but now I keep it for cocktail picks at our bar and just love the way it looks, too…!
