I am all fired up this morning because I discovered this embroidered maxi dress, which reminds me so much of the Julia Amory ones I’ve been eyeing, but is under $100! Such an unexpected shade of pistachio, too. Ordering immediately.

Oooh thank you for scouring the Zara site for us, Jen! I don’t know what it is about their site but I seem to lose patience quickly while browsing. I love that light green dress — please do show us a photo when you style it (fingers crossed for no hemming alterations needed for us 5’0″ gals, haha)! I am in need of very lightweight cotton/linen long sleeve summer dresses (been cycling through SZ Blockprints and Xirena long sleeve dresses) and I’d love to add this to my rotation.

I agree – the Zara site is hopelessly bad. I don’t even understand the labeling of their garments, either. “Cotton dress”? How many items could that describe?! Maddening!

Hi Tara! I saw that! It feels difficult for me to reconcile the Zara I know (trendy, reasonable priced fashion) with designer price tags? I’m not sure, but I found myself scrolling right by. What was your take?
