This spring I am majorly crushing on cobalt blue. I would never have thought to pick a skirt in this color, but Doen sold me on it (seen above), and I bought the matching blouse, too. I’ve been seeing this color everywhere, and I love the way it looks styled with unexpected pops of chartreuse, butter yellow, and pale pink.
