Mini Review: Vuori Clothing.

Somehow I missed the boat on the pandemic popularity of Vuori joggers, but I was liminally aware of the brand and recently ordered a few pieces of Vuori clothing to try. I am, frankly, bowled over. This is high-quality loungewear that has been thoughtfully designed such that it is exactly what you want to wear when you’re at home, chasing the children, taking care of chores, doing light exercise. I picked up their ultra-soft Halo Performance Crop tank and boyfriend short and love this set for walks with girlfriends, playing with the kids in the backyard, and those other “in-between” moments of the weekend, when you aren’t dressed up for company, but don’t want to be in pajamas, either. The fabric is insanely soft, and I love that the shorts have pockets for my phone! I find the length and loose fit of the short ideal — a great balance for the trimness of the tank. When I wore this to go for a walk with my neighbor, she showed up wearing Vuori joggers and asked what took me so long to get the memo!

I also picked up the Vuori daydream crew (seen above), which filled a major hole in my athletic/athleisure wardrobe, as I am often looking for a lightweight top layer that isn’t too bulky/thick to wear over tanks. The crew has an appealing shrunken fit that looks perfect with leggings. It boasts SPF sun protection and, like the shorts, is ultra-soft. After receiving this order, I had to restrain myself from ordering more from their catalog. I especially want to try their Cardiff shorts (love the pink color and retro styling) and performance tanks.
