What are we wearing footwear-wise this summer? I’m obsessed with my gold huaraches (under $150) these are a Magpie reader favorite!) and have been wearing them with everything lately. THE shoe for summer 2026 IMO. In general, I’m seeing lots of woven materials — netting, mesh, straps, caning!

02. Dark brown slim boat mule or nude barca slide. Love the lived-in ease of this look! I own the latter and they are crazy comfortable, too — a nice soft, plush leather.
03. Raffia braided slingback sandals. These are unlike anything I’ve seen lately — so fun.
04. I am obsessed with the insert canvas design on these Birkenstocks.
05. I ordered these captoed woven ballet flats in the saddle/espresso combo. Packing for London!
06. These blue block print mules are absolutely charming! Love the idea of them paired with blue and white striped pants/shorts, or maybe a crisp white shirt dress.
07. Elevated flip flops that add a pop of color. Love the slightly puffy straps.
08. Chic Prada mary janes. I got these by a random stroke of luck on TRR — brand new, for half price! TRR is a gold mine if you’re patient. Check out these fab Loro Piana flats in excellent condition — lucky size 8!
