I am in LOVE with all of the feathered goodies on offer this season. So fun! Below, my favorite ways to get the look this season.

01. TALLER MARMO FEATHER DRESS

02. MAISON MARCELLE FEATHER TOP

03. J. LOWERY EMILY BAG

04. ALICE AND OLIVIA FEATHER DELAINA TOP

05. SAM EDELMAN LEON FEATHER HEELS

07. LA DOUBLE J GATSBY MINI DRESS

08. AMAZON FEATHER CLUTCH — COMES IN MULTIPLE COLORS AND ONLY $20!

09. LIZZIE FORTUNATO EARRINGS

10. LA DOUBLE J LA SCALA TOP

11. CHICWISH FEATHER BLAZER — YOU CAN GET SOMETHING SIMILAR IN BLACK HERE

12. MALONE SOULIERS FEATHER MULES

13. THE ATTICO MILTON MINI DRESS

14. ZARA FEATHER SLINGBACKS

15. LA DOUBLE J SWING MAXI DRESS

16. S MAX MARA TOP

17. J. CREW FEATHER TRIM BUTTON DOWN BLOUSE

18. CULT GAIA PELLI MINI FEATHER DRESS

P.S. More festive dressing here and more hot pink here.

P.P.S. I mean, the weirdness around Olivia Wilde / Jason Sudeikis / Don’t Worry Darling / Harry Styles just continues. Did you hear the newest thing about salad dressing and allegations from a former nanny? Wild. I did, however, enjoy the invocation of one of my favorite books by Nora Ephron

P.P.P.S. Life takes root around the perimeter.

  1. I love that Maison Marcelle top you’re wearing! Such a chic way to try the trend — the pattern kind of reminds me of my dad’s dress ties (in a good way, though!)

Also, I actually thought of you when the salad dressing news broke and it turns out it was from Heartburn (!!), as I know you’ve mentioned your love of it. The cynical side of me wonders if Wilde is going to adapt it for the screen! It’s so on-the-nose that is seems sus. haha!

    1. I agree with you on that dressing situation – it also seemed very odd that she would publicly comment on the dressing incident despite claiming that all of the nanny’s stories were completely made up? Something’s off. Very odd!

I know what you mean about the shirt and dress ties – reminds me of the late 90s/early 00s when repp ties were really in. I think I wore them as BELTS — like ties as belts — during my peak preppy days. Wowza.

      xx

      1. Oh WOW — this brings me back, because I did, too! My dad is notoriously fussy about his clothing/accessories and will jettison items once they even have the barest hint of wear. I mined his castoffs for belts — so many repp stripes and even Vineyard Vines patterns! Hahaha.
