Guys, I’m sorry if you’re tired of hearing me drone on about these, but I’m obsessed with these J.Crew Gathered Carnation Earrings ($24.50). I think I’ve worn them every day for the last week straight, and with a whole mess of different outfits, whether my “nursing” uniform–some sort of button-down shirt (like this) and distressed denim (these are my favorites)–or my new favorite dress from new-to-me line Faithfull the Brand (since sold out, but this one is v. similar). They totally finish my look. I own them in the cream color and they go with EVERYTHING.
P.S. They also now have their own take on the very popular Bon Bon earring, for $65. Beaded and glossy and perfect for an evening event. (Is Rebecca De Ravenel furious that her style has been copy-catted to high hell at this point? If you’re in the mood to buy the real deal, they’ve just been restocked in some fabulous colors here. I own them in an ombre pink-to-red colorway. LOVE them. Super lightweight.)
P.P.S. Especially love these kinds of earrings with an OTS top. This one I snagged from TopShop nailing a trillion contemporaneous trends — florals! OTS! nursing friendly! — is getting heavy wear these days.

Good question — my plans was just to wear nursing pads (eeee) affixed to the inside and see how that works. I’m likely only going to be wearing this to dinner and then changing into something more appropriate afterward. La la la, the thrills of nursing!
