+”I GOT SAVED BY POETRY”: Mary Oliver PBS documentary streaming in August on PBS! Already riveted by the trailer. We are definitely going to have to organize some sort of virtual viewing party. BTW, if you’re an Oliver fan and you’ve not yet listened to the audiobook Wild and Precious, you are going to love it. It’s an interesting look at her backstory, told by people who knew her (students, neighbors, etc!) but it’s the poetry readings that moved me most deeply. I think a lot about Rainn Wilson reading her gorgeous poem “Humpbacks.” He is moved to tears in it. It is gorgeous all the way through.

+Lip SPF that leaves the prettiest blush color (and hydrates beautifully)! I have been carrying this everywhere with me, along with that Tatcha sunscreen I have been raving about. Reapply constantly. One thing I like about that lip stuff is that it goes on just like a balm — doesn’t feel, like, thick or waxy or anything like that despite providing sun protection.
