P.P.S. My intention for this year was flow. I’ve been spending some time in reflection the past few days — I saw some improvement, but still have a long ways to go. I specifically need to work on having the strength of mind and spirit to let things roll off my back. I could tell after the Thanksgiving grocery store incident with the cream that I could do more work in this area.

Love your gift ideas and am actually wearing the harrier now (hoping it results in some running later today)! I recently purchased the leset short and long sleeve tees and am curious if you dry them in your dryer. Their care instructions say to lay flat to dry, and I’m debating how precious to actually be with these. Thank you Jen!

Leset — I just toss them in the dryer. They do shrink a bit but I don’t have the patience to lay flat!!
