Fall! It’s a comin!

Well, it’s still 96 degrees outside. Which I love. Summer, don’t go. But if you must, let me ease into winter with some new goodies. For starters, I need this “moto” skirt mini ($128) in both the heathered olive color below and the black. End of story. See ya, g’bye. Need. I’d wear it with a printed blouse,(Equipment, $248), and a collar necklace ($45):

And would finish with these cray flats (not for the faint of heart — $675):

Oh la, les couleurs d’atomne! Or, also love this gorgeous, pricy sweater from Reed Krakoff ($990 — get a similar colorblocked look for much less here) with a big, chunky, inappropriately ornate necklace ($474), some looser-fit jeans and these patterned flats (what a FIND — $22 a pair):

I also LOVE this boucle top from Mulberry (sold out in my size, pout — $175) — so chunky and man repeller-ish, in the chicest of ways. Ideal with skinnies and these amazing flats from Joie ($235) and this necklace, which I really MUST own STAT (great price — $60):

Finish with this chic gold-tabbed crossbody (Sophie Hulme, $569):

Get a similar “shape” with this boxy, printed top (loveeee — $50), a knot necklace ($93), black skinnies, and some great classic heels ($645 – P.S. I own a pair of Loubs in this color and suede fabrication and I wear them all.the.time. Great investment. And, as interior designer Miles Redd said, “Buy the best, and you’ll only cry once.”)
