P.S.
I feel you — I have this same sensation of fatigue with my summer dresses every.single.mid-August! I think it’s because I wear them so heavily as soon as it warms up (usually May for me). I find that my small stable of SZ Blockprints dresses are good for this, given that they’re long-sleeved but still so light and easy. (I don’t regularly wear them in July/August unless it’s unseasonably cool!)
I LOVE LOVE the Tove dress, and will be keeping an eye on sales since it’s out of my budget. I also am surprised by my interest in the Madewell patchwork dress — I hardly own anything from Madewell except a couple pairs of denim + white overalls, but this is intriguing!
I have those Drogheria Crivellini velvet mary janes (in cardinal red, which I usually wear during the holiday season) — they’re comfy but they do run narrow! Just wanted to contribute that fit note in case anyone is weighing them 🙂

Thanks for the intel on the mary janes! Helpful! Will also keep my eyes peeled for the Tove dress on sale.
