New Shapes.

I have a confession: I’m sort of boring when it comes to bags.  I love a good bag, don’t get me wrong–but I tend to err on the side of one of three shapes: tote, shoulder bag (ahem, Chanel), clutch.  But GUYS.  There are so many fantastic shapes out there that are RULING the street style scene that I’m revising my rule of 3.  I want some of these new round / mini / crossbody shapes!

+This is a fashion editor’s dream (Salar, $445): colorblocking, studs, rounded shape, heavy on the hardware.  Showstopper.  There’s also a mini version in brown for $275.

+Love the unique color on this Neely + Chloe crossbody ($228) — and the gold clasp and boxy shape are reminiscent of Celine!

+Madewell o-ring crossbody in rich mahogany (on sale for $124) — truly timeless.  Feels like it could be a vintage find from your Mom’s collegiate wardrobe in the 70s!  Very Chloe to me.  Also available in a smaller size for $94.
