Tory Burch’s entire fall/winter line is blowing my mind. Never have I ever wanted to wear velvet before. (Well, there may have been an unfortunate stage of my middle school life where I owned more velour, velveteen, and velvet than I can stomach to recall.) Velvet + embellishments — all that feels cool right now.
Let’s begin with this fab top (Tory Burch, $395) and some basic black skinnies, finished with cluster earrings ($368) and fab Isabel Marant boots ($1,385):
And this delicious Sophie Hulme ($995):
Also smitten with this drop-waist dress (Vanessa Bruno Athe, $524) — oh so Alexa Chung, n’est-ce pas?
— with these stunning pumps (Tory Burch, $295), which I would absolutely wear into the ground, and this great boxy purse ($352):
Orrr how about this embellished-collar blouse ($60) with a lace skirt ($148) and these awesome earrings ($295):
— and these lovely embroidered puppies (Alexander McQueen, $995) and this textured clutch (Alexander Wang, $265)
Also obsessed with this blouse I just snagged on sale ($110) with these lovely drops ($80, plus additional 30% off), skinnies, and these TDF smoking slippers (love the scarab embroidery! — Tory Burch, $275 — but if you’re not into the slipper style, check out these affordable velvet flats!):
The sleek and chic factor of this bi-color cross-body totally defies its price tag — how can this be only $68 and borrow so much from the Celine aesthetic?!
Navy + black feels so modern.
those TB grosgrain pumps are so perfect. And not a horrible price tag…(when did $300 become an acceptable price for footwear?). I guess after dreaming about Valentinos and Manolos…it seems more reasonable. I’m rocking so much navy and black lately. Love how it automatically feels put together and crisp.
