My current obsessions of life.
I mean…duh. Get outta my dreams, get into my car. And then into my closet. And then onto my body. The best thing about this number one stunna?! It’s SUPER affordable — $130?! No brainer.
I’ve wanted a Mason Pearson brush ($110) for.ev.ah. It’s supposed to be la creme de la creme, and my hairdresser has one and swears by it. It’s been sitting in my proverbial shopping cart for about two years ago because, I mean, $110 for a brush?! But I feel like once it’s mine, I’ll swear by it.
I’ve been doing no chip manis for awhile now. They totally destroy your nails, so you need to take breaks every now and then, but they are pretty much the best thing since sliced bread, especially for those of us who cook and clean a lot and are therefore highly chip-prone. Lately, I’ve been swapping out my standard bright red for this lovely shade of pink — “Cake Pop” by CND. It’s phenom, and I get compliments all the time.
Mr. Mags got me a pair of Tod’s loafers ($425) for Christmas! I’m obsessssssed with them, especially with dark wash skinnies, a blouse, blazer, and a serrrrrious necklace. Also – ridiculously comfortable.
Y’all didn’t think I could go long without talking about some new animal thing I’m using to decorate my home, right?! Now I’m in love with these sunbleached tortoise shells ($85 each). Wouldn’t they look fabo hung on the wall one above the other? To die.
French linen purveyor D. Porthault has long been the ULTIMATE in my book. Beautiful patterns, lovely scallops…and a ridiculous price tag. But wouldn’t the above set ($90-$500) look stunning in a guest bath?! For those of us with more realistic expectations of bedding and bath linens, check out Biscuit Home, which carries similarly love patterns for a fraction of the price. When a Mini Magpie is on the way, I’m definitely going to outfit the nursery in her lovely crib sheets — this one for a lad, this one for a lass.
Tired of hearing me talk about Sheriff + Cherry? I think I’ve featured their shades in every single one of my last few posts. Well, these lucite lovelies ($155) MUST be mine.
Speaking of lucite…be mine ($125)?
I know this is soooo 2005, but I’ve always dreamed of splurging on La Mer moisturizing cream ($285).
In love this this embellished tee (Rebecca Taylor, on sale for $195) — full-stop.
Thanks!!! I missed blogging too!
So glad you are back!! I’ve missed your posts so much!! Xo
