This week’s selection of this, that, and the other.
What is it with me and denim right now? I cannot get enough. This denim shirt ($98) is the latest addition. This ($65) is also in heavy rotation. And I think these are kinda darling.
Old Navy’s newest crop of additions is full of surprising little on-trend goodies, like this scarf ($12.50!). I also had to pick up those white denim overalls (such a steal — can’t wait to wear them rolled up at the ankle with a striped tee on a Saturday at home), and how cute is this linen striped cover-up? This also has my attention for an easy beach-friendly dress.
These desk nameplates ($32) are EPIC! Such a throwback to the 90s and so cheeky.
I love a nice perforated shoe — and these are in some fantastic colors and shapes: love this lace-up from Tabitha Simmons ($695)
I mentioned at the outset my slight obsession with denim everything at the moment. Love the shape of this utility jacket in denim ($89) — similar to this Rails version I had my eye on, but a helluva lot less expensive. I’d pick it up if I hadn’t already snagged the jacket below in this railroad stripe. I love layering this over a denim shirt or white jeans. But DAMN IT, Gap also came out with this cropped utility jacket I’m coveting in the army green.
I stopped dead in my tracks when I saw this editorial shot from Ann Taylor’s latest collection. What the WHAT?! Ann Taylor?! Looks like Prada!
Get the look for yourself by pairing this skirt ($129) with this matching shell ($69). Or if it’s too bold for you to go head to toe, try just the skirt with a simple black silk button-down or just the blouse with some black skinnies.
Speaking of stripes, I did a quadruple quintuplet take when I saw this crocheted dress from Zara ($59). Is it NOT the spitting image of a Missoni?? The color combo is too good.
These cork sandals are the perfect wear-with-anything heel for summer ($170). Also consider this low-stacked heel version or this one.
Stripes for EVERYONE and on EVERYTHING. How great are these striped banana-accented flats (on sale for $128), this beach blanket ($48), and any of these great Sophie Anderson clutches ($335).
Have I mentioned enough that I’ve found the perfect bra? It’s the Natori Feather’s Plunge bra and it comes in all kindsa great colors ($35-$68).
