OK, y’all. Here goes: one of my semi-random round-ups of items currently on my radar.
Let’s face it: laundry is not fun for anyone. As Jessica Simpson once sagely put it, “I mean, it’s fun to put it in. It’s the part afterward that I hate.” I recently discovered the the laundering and cleaning line The Laundress and it has made this dull chore slightly more tolerable. I started with the delicates wash ($15.99), which I’ve used to clean lingerie, and was so in love with the scent (and the quality of the product) that I instantly went back for more, including the classic detergent and delicates spray.
The line is eco-friendly and involves products that enable you to handle lots of cleaning jobs that I typically send to my dry cleaner’s at home (therefore saving a bundle). And they even have an all-natural baby detergent for sensitive wee-ones.
Did I mention that these products smell fantastic?! Now I’m contemplating even their candle (on sale for $31)
This planter ($36) has my name all over it. Love.
On weekends when I want to feel FUH-RESH, I turn to a burgeoning collection of graphic tees that I like to pair with my black distressed J. Brands and my Isabel Marant booties. This Zoe Karsson style (on sale for $52) would settle into the mix nicely. Also love this and this.
These custom monogrammed serving dishes would make for an extravagant wedding gift ($395). I’d love to add one to my table…
Biscuit Home is now offering framed custom silhouettes ($88-$128, depending on size):
A new striped tee ($45) to enter into the rotation…love the asymmetrical ruffled hem:
These extravagant chairs ($3600 each…barf) are so wild and weird. Love love love. Get the look for less with this chic patterned armchair from Anthro.
I recently got a rug similar to this one ($109+ depending on size) for my walk-in closet. Every day I walk in, it makes me so happy. It makes the space feel like an actual room. It’s also more comfortable when trying on millions of outfits, Tazmanian Devil style.
I was a little appalled at the Birkenstocks trend that’s been raging over the last few seasons, but these ($88) get the look without the earthy-crunchy vibe.
These summer-weight sweaters ($78) come in the BEST colors. I want to snap one up in every color to pair with white skinnies during these transitional months.
