Chintz has been a major trend in fashion and interior design the last several years, shedding its formerly English countryside stodgy vibe for something that feels more like feminine nostalgia. I know, I have had my eye on a pair of Plumes forever, but I’m a little leery because I also have those Newbark oversized bow mules and feel they may be too similar to legitimize…
