I can’t believe it, but denim skirts are officially back on my radar.  Everything old is new again.  I remember two Gap pencil skirts I had — one in white denim, one in mid-blue denim — that I had on heavy rotation when I was about 16.  I styled them with platform flip flops (barf — who else had a million pairs of those J. Crew flips in a rainbow of colors?)  I am regretting chucking those right now, though the freshest styles have a little distressing to them anyway.  Take a gander:
