A few favorite spring finds from one of my favorite retailers, Tuckernuck. I just tested this, and the code YOUROCK still gets you 20% off sitewide. (Happy shopping!)
Above, I’m wearing the most gorgeous cashmere cardigan in the prettiest shell pink from their house collection. I’ve gotten a surprising amount of wear out of it already! I like it paired with pastels, white or lighter wash denim, black, gray, etc. Above, wearing it with this pretty pendant from Thatch Jewelry, a great pair of everyday jeans, and a pointelle tee.

P.P.P.S. Moondances of different kinds.
That eyelet yellow skirt shall be mine!! It brings back one of my strongest, happiest memories, a turning point in my life that I revisit often. When I was in my mid 20’s, I was living in NYC, working in east Midtown and living on the UWS. I had just extricated myself from a very bad, very damaging romantic relationship that had lasted since my teens. I was walking home from work through Central Park, I was wearing a yellow eyelet skirt, white t shirt and short denim jacket (v. vivid memory!). As I got past the busy bottom of the park, further up where it got quieter, it started to rain, pouring heavy rain with the sun shining. It was one of those warm, heavy summer showers and it felt wonderful. I remember almost dancing in the rain with a feeling of freedom and lightness that I hadn’t felt in a very long time, the feeling that I was nobody else’s but mine. The skirt went by the wayside over the years but the feeling remained. The better part of 20 years have passed and I am someone else’s, a wife, a mother, a broader sense of belonging that is wonderful, but I still have that moment inside where I was just all mine and for some reason it is represented by a yellow eyelet skirt.
Oh my gosh – I love this. Thank you so much for sharing! I could feel your freedom/joy through that memory — thank you!!!
