One Hit Wonder.

For a long time, I’ve been leery of the ol one-piece bathing suit.  But something has flipped in me and now I am super into them.  Especially with inspiration from the looks below, including the first one below (of one of the chicest bloggers out there, Lovely Pepa).

What do you think?  Game for trying this trend?  My top picks below:

+Solid + Striped striped one-piece ($160).  This brand is ERRRYTHING.  And the stripes are so fresh right now.  Reminds me of this cover up ($328)…holy chic!  Have a mini me?  Check this babydoll version out ($29).

+Marysia one-piece in siren red ($319).  This.is.the.epitome.of.chic. (Or, get the look for less with this lookalike from Kate Spade for $160).

+If we’re talking uber chic, it just doesn’t get any more classic than an Eres one-piece in stark white ($420).  Very Grace Kelley.

+This striped bow-front one-piece ($160) is the cutest thing ever.  This Gap striped lovely ($44!) also caught my eye.  Love the low back.

+I can’t get over this gingham one-piece ($170).  So Brigitte Bardot.

+And, it’s hard to beat this Lisa Maria Fernandez ($430).  Epic.  It’s the label all the well-dressed ladies are wearing these days.

+Stripes and prints and cutouts, oh my ($215).

+This flouncy, off-the-shoulder Mara Hoffmann is pretty as a picture ($260).

+I love the pattern on this Tory Burch ($250).

+This rust-colored beauty would look insane with a golden bronze tan ($345).  The unexpected color is so refreshingly, understatedly “I-am-a-babe-from-Europe-with-my-own-sophisticated-tastes.”

+This scalloped-edged one-piece ($108).  It is PERFECT.  Love that mid blue hue, the low back, the scalloped v.  It’s…perfect.

+I die over the retro print and styling of this affordable find ($54).  I snagged it the moment I saw it.

+This cherry-print Beth Richards ($260) style.

+I love the stripes on this Rachel Pally ($180) — I didn’t even know she did swimwear!

+These loud, kitschy, cheeky one-pieces with fun block lettered statements on the front ($99) would be the talk of the pool party.  Very Katy Perry.  And if you have a mini me, how funny is this little sized version?!
