Le Weekend.

Hola senoritas. How was your weekend? Mine was pret-ty good, and it involved a movie + wine night at home, a productive day at the coffee shop, tacos at my sister’s, long walks with our ~~beast~~ dog, grilling out ribs at home. I pretty much lived in this maxi ($242) my sister designed + sent me (thank you, God, for a designer sister) and snapped up these distressed denim jeans (the Toothpick cut really fits me — it’s the only style of jeans I’ll buy outside of JBrand and Frame Denim these days). I love the wash, the stretch, and the frayed hems. Tres bon, ca. And on that note, not to rub it in our faces that it’s not the weekend anymore or anything, but here are some delightful weekend wear looks you might consider snappin’ up:

LOOK 1.

+White jumpsuit (on sale for $60) with mirrored shades (RayBan, $185) and the CUTEST slides ever ($89). Love love love love love these flats.

+Carry wine over to your gal pal’s home in this adorable wine tote ($22). And, heads up, check out the whole Sewn website — it was founded by an incredibly bright female entrepreneur based here in Chicago with me. Her whole mission is to carry products ethically produced here in the US, so you can buy goods you can feel good about. I love. PS — When I met up with the founder the other day, she was wearing this uber chic jacket (very Chanel-esque), and looked like a total rockstar.

+Don’t forget the wine. My favorite rose is Miraval.

LOOK 2.

+I can’t get over this gingham popover ($118 — but PS, check out this gingham dress alternative), especially with these Dior shades ($620) and these Ancient Greek sandals ($153). And this roomy Sisal tote ($149), stocked with a good beach read (I’ve heard this is terrible/delightful — $16).

LOOK 3.

+This gingham crop top ($55) is such a sweet/retro find, especially with a white skirt (on sale for $66) and these ankle-wrap, stacked-heel sandals (Vince, $350).

+Pretty fab with this funky zebra clutch ($650).

LOOK 4.

I’m dying over this denim jumpsuit ($138), and — GUYS! — Dr. Scholl’s are BACK ($88). I know this because JCrew just released a special line with them, and they’re already sold out. I swear I predicted this trend a few months back and have been crying over the fact that I didn’t keep mine from back in high school.

+And can we TALK about this ridic mini Fendi in multi-colored python ($2500)?!?!?!? EPIC. ZOMG.
