Just a smattering of things I’m into right now, in no particular order.
These drop earrings are rad. And only $36. I had to have them to complete my look for my sister’s upcoming rehearsal dinner. I’ll be wearing them with this dress, these suede pointed-toe heels, and my Chanel bag.
The only thing better than my Chanel with the outfit above is this outrageously awesome art deco-esque clutch (and so timely, given that all of our hearts and minds are with Paris), available for $495 from Rafe:
These faux fur trim gloves ($39) are the perfect accent to your winter look — a great stocking stuffer, too. They also come in a gorgeous white-with-blush-fur-trim variation.
I’ve gifted these gorgeous Cuyana leather travel kits to many friends and family members ($95 for set, $105 with monogram). They are exquisitely made and they’re such a luxe, personal gift. Love.
I mentioned in a blog a few weeks back that fur poms are the shiznit this season. Join the bandwagon for cheap with this fun little keyring / purse charm at a wallet-friendly price ($36):
I have to read this Gloria Steinem memoir thing ($16). Next on my reading list. The term “feminist” is so freighted with meaning these days that I tend to shrink away from it, but — fellow believers-in-the-equality-of-the-sexes — this is probably something worth picking up.
I have been intrigued in the idea of an Apple Watch for awhile now — but only for running. (I invested about a year ago in the Hermes H Hour watch, and I just can’t cheat on her.) Which means that I’d also need a set of cordless/Bluetooth earbuds to accompany them. So it ends up being a pricey proposition. Generally, I think all the hype around wearable tech is a little long in the tooth these days (is that the expression), but this elegantly designed “connected bracelet” (pre-order for $129) from start-up Caeden caught my eye.
Could be kinda cool to throw this into my arm party for a few weeks to track my health, heartrate, etc.
Winter’s a-comin. Usher it in with the Diptyque Sapin candle ($35+). Smells like pine. And the design of the candle is beyond.
I have used the Sugar Paper for Target weekly planner ($10) for the last two years and was beginning to panic that they wouldn’t be re-releasing for 2016. But, my ol buddies pulled through, thank GOD. I love it because it’s sturdy and leaves me with plenty of space to write my daily to-dos. I’m obsessive about it. I’ll be able to pretty much schedule my time for the upcoming weeks by jotting down reminders, i.e., “Check in with customer x,” “Ping developers,” “Stock Hootsuite,” etc. on the specific day in the upcoming week or two that I need to do something. It’s very OCD but it works like a charm. I also use the app Wunderlist for personal to-dos/reminders.
OK, I already have my Aquazzura Christys in black, but now they’re available in all these other great colors ($675)! Join the party?
