I mentioned last week that fringe is going to be seriously in this summer. And I, for one, embrace the judicious use of fringe in the ol’ wardroberooski. Consider an airy, wear-anywhere-and-with-anything white summer dress ($365) with a unique, tasseled pendant necklace by under-the-radar line Dezso ($100):
