Frenchie

OK, so it feels illegal or something to be writing about the French so close to Independence Day, but I’ve been channeling all things Frenchified over the last few weeks.  Lots of stripes, lots of black, lots of denim…oh, and a pair of Chanel espadrilles, aka the loves of my life.  Marvel with me:

These pair perfectly with a Parisian-chic summer wardrobe…a striped tee (T by Alexander Wang, $135), a coin necklace (KJL, $120), skinnies (J. Brand, $232), and those Chanel babies ($450).

Or, for something a little more low-key, for poolside or couch-surfing lounging, I like these easy-on striped pantalons (LemLem, $238), a white tee ($26), a baller vintage Chanel pendant necklace ($2,400), and my Chanel espadrilles!

Orrrr for something a little edgier, consider some leather shorts (T by Alexander Wang, on sale for $238 — although check out this cool laser-cut pair from DVF, on super sale for $168) with a leather-trimmed open-shoulder tee ($29):
