Basic Interest.

I didn’t know what to label this post — the styles are a bit all over the place, but the one thing that unites them is a bold, basic color palette. Something juicy, spicey, worth plunging into. The sort of outfit you put on for a night out on the town. The sort of look that makes you wanna text this:

Sort of Mexico-meets-classic-Americana?! I dunno. Sometimes I don’t even fully understand why my brain puts different pieces together in a category. Sometimes I come to the blog wanting to write about a specific trend or a specific article of clothing or a particular trend I’ve seen. And other times, I just glance through my Pinterest account and my personal moodboard/stockpile of items I like and find myself affinity mapping by color or feel.
