Spring Shoppin’.

We’ve had some unusually gorgeous days in Chicago already, and I’ve taken the occasion to put together my spring shopping list…you’ll note that *almost* all of these are under $100, or at least offer a lookalike for around that price-point.  #BargainHunter.

You’ll also note lots of floral, gingham, and stripes.  Not mad at it.

Pick 1: The Gingham Top.

I know, I know: more gingham.  But the volume on the sleeves of this top ($49) is so chic!  With white jeans and some espadrilles?  C’MON!

Pick 2: The Pinstripe Blouse.

Love the flared sleeve of this sweet pink striped top ($39).  So fresh for spring.

Pick 3: The Blush Mule.

No two ways about it: the mule is THE shoe for spring, friends (it’s been in for awhile…and the bow-topped mule is the latest and greatest twist on this trend).  I shared these stunning Loeffler Randalls ($325) a week or two ago, but have since come across a few other beauts!

I also really like these Isa Tapias ($395).  Love the scalloped detailing.

But, you can get the look for less with these ($79):

P.S. — For something even simpler/more minimalist, these Marais mules might be just the ticket ($245).

P.P.S. — If you’re not bought into the mule trend, but like the scalloped look, and don’t want to shell out $495 for the Chloe classic: Banana has some super cute scalloped ballet flats on offer for $98!

Pick 4: The Floral Blouse.

The prettiest of floral blouses from Rebecca Taylor ($195).  As luck would have it, I found a fab lookalike at Nordstrom’s for only $49!

Pick 5: The Floral Mini.

I love this statement floral dress ($49) in chinoiserie blue.

Pick 6: The Denim Pump.

I snagged a pair of Sam Edelman Hazel pumps in a delicious burgundy velvet over the holidays and was surprised with the quality.  I may have to double up with a second pair in their denim/mid-blue hue ($120 — more sizes here, too.)

Pick 7: The Floral Maxi.

I love literally everything about this boho floral Rebecca Taylor dress ($295) — the pattern, the volume, the length.  I feel like I will wear it all spring long, first with my Sam Edelman lace-up flats, and then with my Hermes Oran slides.

Pick 8: The Basket Bag.

Dream pick would be one of these Mark Cross rattan bags ($2,095).  Talk about #goals.  I die.  D.I.E.

I stumbled upon an AMAZING Etsy store out of Portugal, ToinoAbel, that carries lovely boxy straw bags to get the look for far less ($53+ depending on size).  (The red patterned one starts at $64).

Pick 9: The Strapless Top.

This strapless pink top from SEA ($325) is so floaty and feminine.  Get the look for less with this Petersyn version (on sale for $100!) or this checked top from PixieMarket ($112).

Pick 10: The Midi Skirt.

Can Vivetta do any wrong?  No, no it can’t.  I love the look of this midi skirt ($514).  J. Crew has a super pretty eyelet midi skirt in the orchid blue/periwinkle with a similar flounce at the bottom ($118) that I’m eyeballing as an alternative.  Or, if you like a longer length, I LOVE this gingham maxi skirt ($53!!!!)  I would pair it with this kind of top (UPDATE: more sizes here, and you can get a gift card with purchase if you use the coupon code MARCH2017 now through March 2nd!  Or, get the look for less with this Nordstrom $59 find.)
