Freshly Squeezed

Man, all I can think about in this massive Groundhog Day of a winter is how excited I am for our planned to trip the tropics in a few weeks.  I can’t wait to bid adieu to my 349 layers, dry hands, static hair, and pale, pale, oh-so-painfully-pale skin for sunkissed shoulders and bright colors.  Hello, warmth.  As I was poking around looking for little pick-me-up items to pack for our vacay, I came across a few tings that I’m dying over.  First, do any of you chic-peas have the chutzpah to wear this Bond girl cutout one-piece ($450)?  Meow.  It caught my eye but leaves me very concerned.  And it MUST be worn with mirrored aviators (Ray Ban, $160):

Imagine the tan lines…yikes.  But, still.  Paints a pretty picture.  Pack accessories in this great bag (looks so much like a much more expensive Anya Hindmarch style from a year or two back — but SO affordable! — $80) and slip into these great K. Jacques (my favorite sandal brand — $255):

More my speed: a crisp white dress ($120) with a great necklace (OMG, NEED — $36):

You gotta finish with these amazing Choos (don’t they look like they were designed by the same person as the swimsuit above?! — $995):

Add a great little clutch (Anya Hindmarch, $750):

Also dying over this beaded embellished dress, which I previously featured in white ($130) with these amazing cluster studs (Elizabeth Cole, $198):

Add some stack-heeled metallic sandals (Loeffler Randall, $350) and a great mini bag ($295):

And, how breathtaking is this tangerine-hued maxi ($495) with these fab drops ($138) and these great dress-up-or-dress-down gladiators ($295):

I like it with this sweet raffia clutch (Anya Hindmarch, on sale for $350):

This tweedy jacket (Milly, $500) also made me stop and stare.  I envisioned pairing it with white cut-offs (J. Brand, $155) and some simple white studs (Joomi Lim, $84):

These strappy sandals (B Brian Atwood, $495) would be the ideal complement:

Especially with this boxy white tote (Rebecca Minkoff, $325):

Lastly, take a gander at these J. Crew puppies ($298).  At first, I wasn’t too sold on the thickness of the sole.  But the print and fabrication are just too good.  Delightful.  Also live for this straw tote (on sale for $132).

Loveee these colors!
