Yesterday, we cabbed down to Rockefeller Center to take in the ice skaters and then walked up Fifth Avenue to enjoy all the windows. (Bergdorf’s are always the best! If you make it up here for the holidays, put that on your list.) The excursion was cold and blustery but magical — and it put me right into the holiday mood. I’ve been playing White Christmas on our kitchen TV and listening to holiday music non-stop since. I also pulled out the children’s Christmas pajamas last night and mini, my grandmother, and I decorated a gingerbread house together. I bought mini these Christmas jammies and micro these but might go back for more — these are precious for spring! Mini already owns several jumpers, including a tartan one, but this might have to come home with us too!
